Susan Barela is an accomplished attorney with a wealth of experience ranging from serving as an intern to both district and appellate state judges, to representing clients in complex interstate environmental litigation before the United States Supreme Court. Rebecca Brett Nightingale is an elected District Judge in the State of Oklahoma. She took office January 1, 2003 and has called a felony criminal docket, a civil docket and the Veteran’s Treatment Court docket for Tulsa County. Judge Nightingale also supervises the Alternative Courts program in Tulsa County, which include Drug Court, DUI Court, Mental Health Court and Veteran’s Treatment Court. In 2007, Judge Nightingale established Mental Health Court in Tulsa County.
